Take Action: Hold Uber Accountable!

Uber is once again putting corporate profits ahead of passenger safety and victim protection. Uber has now filed a deceptive ballot initiative designed to weaken the rights of people injured in accidents. The measure would significantly limit how much accident victims can recover for medical expenses and make it harder for them to obtain medical care and legal representation! No other state in America has done this.

We must take action now to STOP this radical dismantling of our civil justice system! Sign our petition to stand up to big corporations like Uber and hold them accountable for what happens in their vehicles.
